We Thank the Founding Members and the First board of Directors for seeing the need, building the brand, and laying the foundation of a great organization that has helped so many families over the years.

We just completed building homes #47 and #48 all in Camrose to build our community and have helped 64 families so far. We built and opened ReStore on May 29th 2006 and one of the few that actually own our property and have a warehouse. We have become a leader in the Habitat Federation for making innovative changes and operations across Canada. We are excited about our #49 and #50 build project starting in August 2025! 50 Homes is 30 years this is such an achievement for us!

We have a few families in the old Legacy mortgage program where their payment is based on a percentage of their income every year, and the remaining are in the new mortgage model that we switched to in 2020. The new mortgage model is where 40-60% of the purchase price is done in a mortgage with Vision credit union amortized over 20 years and the remainder is held in as a second mortgage at Habitat interest free until the first mortgage is paid in full.
